The mileage and time is determined from garage to garage i.e., the time vehicle leaves our premises for the assignment till it returns back after completing the assignment.
The customer has to sign the duty slip, and the same must be handed over to the driver while leaving the transport.

Guarantee of Prices: Once the services are booked, we guarantee the same prices for your services.

25% advance payment is required via online payment at the time of booking for services required in/from Kerala. The balance is to be paid upon arrival in Kerala. 100% advance is required for all other cities.
The prices charged are for the specified services only; any extra services availed will be charged additionally.

Fuel, toll, parking fees, assistance of our representative during transfer from airport or railway station to hotel or vice versa. During outstation tours: interstate taxes, fuel, and overnight charges for the car/van.
Any item not specified above, extra services beyond the contracted part, driver tips, guide fees, entrance fees to monuments, and any last-minute change in the confirmed program (charged as per actual).
All vehicles are comprehensively insured. Occupants/passengers are fully insured, and claims are settled as per Indian governing rules through the court of law.
